Ian Kinsella is the Senior VP, APAC for LivePerson and heads up the APAC sales and customer success organization. Prior to joining LivePerson, Ian was an executive at Adobe where he led the Digital Experience business across APAC. Previously, he served as Vice President at SAP, leading the Customer Experience & Commerce business in APAC and managing a portfolio of sales, service, marketing, and e-commerce solutions.
