strategic alliance with Penmount Partners to lead Shelter Rock's expansion in 
Asia. Penmount's Managing Partner is industry veteran Philip (Lev) Levinson a 
Singapore-based, real estate focused, capital advisor. He established 
Blackstone’s presence in Australia and, most recently, led the IPO of Cromwell 
European REIT, a EUR1 billion diversified REIT with assets across five European 
countries, listed in Singapore - the first of its kind in Asia.
