The public announcement of the approval of beta-alanine in the Japanese food 
market was made on March 25th via the official page of the Ministry of Health, 
Labor and Welfare of Japan. Natural Alternatives International, Inc. ("NAI")

supplements, spent nearly three years navigating the application process and 
was instrumental in this premier achievement.
