The human resources team was able to save time and resources by allowing AI interviewers to judge if a candidate matched the requirements of a position. Based on the candidate's oral response, facial expressions or gestures, the AI system could decide in a few minutes. In the same year, Country Garden increased the number of streaming Open Days, allowing homeowners to spectate the property development process remotely.
