Characteristics of the hotel

The hotel is perfectly located approximately five minutes by train from Kansai
International Airport, with immediate access to JR lines and the Nankai
Electric Railway (both via Rinku-Town Station), with parks, beaches, shopping,
and tourist attractions, etc., located nearby.
About 60% of rooms have separate bedrooms and living rooms and feature space of
over 30 m2. The hotel features the usage of traditional Japanese color schemes
for contemporary, stylish interiors providing for a soft and calm design in
line with Japanese hospitality and traditional sense of beauty.
The hotel's guest rooms are located on the 15th, 16th, 19-24th, and 26th
floors, thus allowing all guests to enjoy panoramic day and night views from a
high elevation.
Features of the facility

1. Hotel lobby

The front lobby is designed with motifs centering on traditional kuniko-style
latticework, providing for a soft and calm design in line with Japanese

2. Comfortable and relaxing rooms

Of the hotel's total 258 rooms, about 200 rooms are 30 m2 or larger in size,
allowing for spacious ambience. Of these 200 rooms, 158 rooms feature a
separate bedroom and living room, providing an "at home" atmosphere, with bed
sizes wider than 1,200 mm.

The hotel rooms feature two types of interior design schemes: "Chic" or
"Stylish" using colors and tones that warmly embrace guests and that symbolize
Japanese harmony.

3. Oriental Suites (75 m2): 7 rooms

Of the hotel's total 258 rooms, 7 rooms feature a "residence" feel and are
suitable for medium- and long-term stays, with features and arrangements that
are very much like a furnished apartment, consisting of a living room, kitchen,
dining room, and bedroom.

4. Main attraction: Full views of Osaka Bay

All of the hotel's rooms are situated on high floors, thus allowing for scenic
views, both day and night. On the south side, guests can gaze at a sparkling
night view of illuminated attractions such as the "Rinku no Hoshi" Ferris
wheel, while on the west side, guests can see Kansai International Airport,
allowing them to enjoy views of the arrival and departure of aircraft occurring
throughout all times of day.

5. Breakfast: Consisting of original dishes providing various ways to enjoy
"breakfast with soup"

Breakfast offers three kinds of soup dishes that change with the seasons and
that are prepared in Japanese, Western, and Asian styles. For example, visitors
can enjoy risotto with different toppings, as a quick breakfast that warms you
as you awaken.

6. Express Cafe (2nd floor)

The Express Cafe offers a selection of coffee, as well as a menu featuring
snacks and drinks for breakfast, lunch, and evening hours. Also, at the cafe
corner, hotel guests can take out coffee, tea, and flavored tea, all
complimentary.

7. Relaying Japanese beauty via Japanese visual art, for Japanese hospitality
and the experience of the "aesthetics of beauty"

The 1st-floor lobby of the hotel and the 1st- and 2nd-floor elevator halls
feature the display of artworks by Yoshio Okada, who is known as a contemporary
ukiyo-e woodblock print artist as well as a self-styled painter who has created
numerous works in Japan. Specifically, the three works on display have been
created especially for the hotel, namely: "Kabuki Picture," "Genji Monogatari,"
and "Kaguyahime." It is hoped that, through these artworks, visitors can admire
Japan's unique "aesthetics of beauty" (known in Japanese as shinobu no bigaku),
which intend to captivate the imagination, bring tender thoughts to mind, evoke
nostalgic and cherished memories, and leave feelings of warm satisfaction and
admiration--all qualities that have been nurtured in Japanese paintings since
ancient times.

Born in Hyogo Prefecture. Winner of the 4th Annual Kodansha Publishing Culture
Awards. Other works include Ezoushi-Genji-Monogatari, Genji-Tamayura,
