Arctech Solar Recognized as No. 1 Tracker Supplier in Asia Pacific for Second Consecutive Year
SHANGHAI, June 8, 2020 /PRNewswire-AsiaNet/ --

Arctech Solar, a leading solar tracking and racking system provider, has been
ranked No. 1 PV tracker supplier in Asia Pacific for two consecutive years,
according to Wood Mackenzie Power & Renewables. Since entering the Australian
market in 2017, Arctech has delivered 7 projects in Australia with a total of
550MW commissioned and 600MW under fulfillment. Arctech's success in this
region is due to its proven high-quality, reliable products and exceptional
service.

Footprint in Australia

Arctech continues to expand its presence locally, setting up a service office
in Sydney to support every stage of a project including project design, product
engineering, sales, project management and field supports.

One milestone that demonstrates Arctech's proven execution, delivery
capability, and the rapidly growing adaption of Arctech's solar tracker in
Australia is Merredin 132mw project, located near Perth, recognized as the
largest PV project in Western Australia to date. The complicated landforms pose
strict requirement for solar trackers. Arctech 's SkyLine was equipped to this
project due to its advantages of strong terrain arability, easy installation
and strong wind-resistance capability.

Arctech adjusted the production plan and resolved delivery issues for an
extremely tight delivery schedule. This plant can generate 274GWh annually,
which is enough to power an estimated 42,000 homes according to the project
developer.

Supporting 'A Clean Recovery'

As a member of Australia's Clean Energy Council (CEC), Arctech has been
dedicating all efforts to its 'A Clean Recovery', which aims to lead
Australia's economic recovery from COVID-19 with accelerated investment in
renewable energy.
As such, Arctech will hold a webinar "Maximising Solar Return with Advanced
Modules and Trackers" on 9th June to better serve local investors, developers,
EPCs, and installers. It will showcase a unique Demo Project in Melbourne,
which allows to not only directly compare 1P and 2P combinations, but also to
provide an accurate comparison of the energy yield and economic evaluation. The
site will also serve as a hands-on training location with a 4-module mini
tracker for installation practice

"In the context of severe challenges in the global PV market, A Clean Recovery
will undoubtedly carry a new impetus to the Australian PV market," said Mr. Guy
Rong, the president of Arctech's global business. "Since the capacity of
Arctech has been fully recovered, we will continue to make effort to the
development of this plan by providing high quality, innovative products, and
exceptional service for Australia renewable energy market."
