Mindtree, a leading digital transformation and technology services company, announced today that it has appointed Vinit Teredesai as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company, effective Monday, June 15, 2020. Vinit will be responsible for providing financial leadership to Mindtree in its global growth journey. He will be based in Bangalore, India. Vinit has over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, taxation, fund raising, risk management, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. Further, Senthil Kumar will resume his responsibilities as the Finance Controller, Mindtree, effective June 15, 2020.
