In this role, he helped evolve the business to cover additional advisory areas in assessment and development, organizational strategy, talent solutions, and rewards. Prior to this, Tunnicliffe was with another top executive search firm for six years, conducting searches in all markets with a focus in the industrial and financial services spaces. Tunnicliffe began his career in the UK in engineering with Arup before moving into human resources consulting with Melville Craig Group. Tunnicliffe holds a BS, with honors, in building management from the University of Northumbria in the UK.
