consolidation of its creative delivery business (2adpro), marketing technology 
arm (JDX) and creative studio (Madras) into a global Technology-driven Digital 
Superstudio under the Madras brand.

The Company's current ownership and management team will continue to lead the 
newly reimagined organization.

The creation of the Madras Superstudio reflects the company's commitment to 
ensuring technology and data are at the heart of all digital creative and 
content services.
