accounting and finance problems which encourage students to apply their
technical and theoretical skills in a practical setting. Teams looking to make
the cut for this round will need to submit applications by 5 March 2021.

"Participating in this competition provides a valuable experience for the
students, which gives them the opportunity to think critically and
strategically through the business case and apply their knowledge," said Dr.
Josh Heniro, Senior Director of Southeast Asia and Australasia Operations at
IMA. "In addition to helping students develop and strengthen their financial
and accounting skills, it also polishes their presentation skills as qualifying
teams are required to pitch their solutions to key regional industry leaders.
Through this case competition and our collaborative and continuous partnership
with the universities, we will empower and enable the students of today to
kickstart their careers within the accounting profession and become
future-ready."

IMA will select four teams to present virtually at the Asia Pacific finals, and
award the top three teams some exciting prizes(
