mParticle Acquires Customer Journey Analytics Provider Indicative to Help Teams Accelerate their Customer Data Strategy

mParticle, the leader in customer data infrastructure, announced today that it 
has acquired Indicative, a customer journey analytics platform.

This is mParticle's first acquisition, and with it, customers will be able to 
easily visualize and better understand the key moments in the customer journey 
and take immediate action to improve conversion, engagement, and retention. The 
combined offering will also allow teams to easily ingest customer data from 
additional sources such as data warehouses like Snowflake directly into 
mParticle. In addition to integrating Indicative's product capabilities, 
mParticle will be adding Indicative's team, led by Indicative's CEO and 
cofounder Jeremy Levy. Terms of the deal are not being disclosed at this time.

the past several years, providing easy to configure dashboards and simplified 
access to customer data via connections directly to the data warehouse 
ecosystem.
