SCHOLLE IPN ANNOUNCES THEY WILL BE ACQUIRED BY SIG, FORMING LEADING PACKAGING COMPANY

Scholle IPN, a top global supplier of flexible packaging solutions, announced 
today that they have agreed to be acquired by SIG, a world-leading aseptic 
carton packaging company.

SIG, founded in 1853 and headquartered in Neuhausen, Switzerland, is a leading 
systems and solutions provider for aseptic carton packaging. They work in 
part­nership with their customers to bring food and beverage products to 
consumers around the world in a safe, sustainable, and affordable way. SIG's

The combination of SIG and Scholle IPN expands their collective exposure to

industrial customers.
