Publica to Provide CTV SSAI and Unified Auctions Services for Hearst Television

enabling Hearst Television to enhance its streamed content with a traditional 
TV-like viewing experience, while maximizing Hearst's CTV advertising revenue 
via the introduction of a programmatic unified auction.
