This is part of the company's marketing of the MUSCLE SUIT (R) series overseas,
particularly its sales promotion in the European Union (EU) member countries.

Innophys, headquartered in Shinjuku Ward, Tokyo, regards Germany as a key
market in the EU for MUSCLE SUIT Every. This is because there are many major
exoskeleton work-assisting suit manufacturers in the country where the general
public is highly aware of the need for workers to wear work-assisting suits
from the viewpoint of protecting their safety.

Innophys has received many inquiries from businesses in Germany about products
in its MUSCLE SUIT (R) series. Innophys has signed a contract with a local
company as a sales agent largely because it tried MUSCLE SUIT (R) at the
Hannover Messe exhibition held in May and confirmed its effectiveness.

Innophys is determined to focus particularly on selling MUSCLE SUIT Every to
manufacturers in Germany, and accelerate its business activities in the EU
countries.

MUSCLE SUIT Every is a work-assisting robotic suit that lightens the load on
the back of workers when they perform work, such as maintaining a
half-crouching position and lifting a person or a heavy item. The suit, which
weighs only 3.8 kilograms, provides up to 25.5 kgf of assistive force. The
device can be utilized at various work sites, including manufacturing, farming,
nursing care, logistics and construction, since its artificial muscle uses
compressed air to provide assistive force without consuming electricity. By the
end of April 2021, the number of products sold in the MUSCLE SUIT (R) series
had surpassed 20,000 units, making it the fastest-selling (*) exoskeleton
assisting suit using artificial muscle in the world.
