A major exhibition titled "Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Museum" is being held from July 1 to December 30, 2022, to commemorate the 30th anniversary of "Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon," a seminal girls' manga series that caused a social phenomenon in Japan in the 1990s and is still hugely popular around the world, at Roppongi Museum adjacent to Azabu-Juban, the real-life anime location. The exhibition showcases rare original color drawings including new illustrations by Sailor Moon creator Naoko Takeuchi.
